CSB Tools Workshop
The first CSB Tools Workshop was held 24-25 March 2025 in Wellington, NZ, co-sponsored by the International Hydrographic Organisation, the National Institute for Water and Atmospheric Research (NIWA), and Land Information New Zealand (LINZ), at the NIWA headquarters building on Evans Bay. An agenda (which more or less reflects the actual events) can be found here.
In addition to presentations given on the morning of the first day, a data preparation/submission hands-on workshop was conducted in the afternoon and the second day included hands-on data collection using the NIWA vessel Rukuawi II in Evans Bay.
Given the success of this inaugural event, it is likely that further workshops will be arranged to coincide with IHO CSB Working Group meetings, and potential elsewhere.
