Workshop Presentations
The first day of the conference featured a morning of presentations from a variety of experts in the field of crowd-sourced bathymetry considering many of the aspects required to set up and operate a data collection event, as well as more general discussion of data collection, processing, quality control and assurance, and product generation. PDF versions of the presentations, are provided here, with the permission of their respective authors.
In addition, the afternoon session included a hands-on workshop hosted by Haley Davis of International Sea Keepers Society, showing how they manage data and prepare it for submission to the IHO Data Center for Digital Bathymetry hosted on behalf of the International Hydrographic Organisation at the National Centers for Environmental Information.
